Reports may be requested in person, by mail, or online.
Report requests are accepted during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any requests received after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed the following business day.
Accepted payment forms: Cash, Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money order. Credit/Debit Cards are NOT accepted.
Depending on the information requested, there may be up to a 10-day waiting period, although requests are generally able to be fulfilled sooner. When the report is ready, you will be contacted to arrange pickup or delivery and payment due.
